Problems with multiple screen DPI resolutions

This has resulted in one bug and two strange and somewhat annoying behaviors. The *bug* is: * TheBat! no longer correctly saves/restores the program window size, at least not on all of the different screens where it may be closed. My guess (after working on similar code for my own applications) is that the HighDPI awareness has not made it to all corners of the code and something in the save or restore code is using the wrong screen's DPI to scale the window, resulting (in my case, at least) in a window that is roughly 1/2 the size it should be. The *annoying behaviors* are: 1. When I click the Create a new message button, the new message window typically opens about an inch to the LEFT on my screen (the first visible character on the menu bar is the 'g' in Message. For reference, I have TheBat! running on a screen to the LEFT of my primary display, which results in all of the X coordinates on the screen being negative. This has confused several other programs and may be contributing to TheBat!'s issue, or this may be another HighDPI scaling issue. 2. When I drag the new message window from the left (low DPI) to center (high DPI) screen, to kind of "snags" about halfway and flickers for nearly a second before continuing to move onto the center screen. This is most definitely an issue with the HighDPI awareness getting stuck in some sort of re-scaling loop for a while as the final result is that the new message window has been re-scaled for the new screen. I've reported the save/restore issue once or twice before and been completely ignored.
