Thanks for your kind words! And yes, I also feel good to see familiar names=
 here. Like others mentioned, I also started with v1.4 in (I think) 1990.

I am also happily using HTML, especially in business. I think both plaintex=
t and HTML have their places.

I confirm this. It happens when I try to open certain emails. This is relia=
ble reproducable with the offending emails, but I cannot find a pattern and=
 that's why I haven't handed in a bug report yet.

You are saying that 9.5.1 solves both problems?
