I use https://www.infomaniak.com/en

They are based in Switzerland. I am very happy, including with their custom=
er service on case of questions.

They require you to have a mailing address in Europe, even though they'll n=
ever send you a physical letter. I would think Iceland qualifies as it is p=
art of EFTA (same as Switzerland).
