If you delete the TBB files, then you are losing all of your messages.

You may get through your messages and save the attachments to another
drive. You can sort the messages by size.

Then do a folder maintenance (menu Folder - Folder maintenance - check
all actions).

But a new SSD sounds good if it is 93% full.
