Have you ever done any maintenance? (Folder / Maintenance Center). If not, =
the TBB files will also contain all messages that you have ever deleted, th=
ey will just not be shown. I regularly use Folder / Compact for this reason.

If you have only 7% left on your HD, this will probably not work anymore, a=
s compacting reequires a lot of space for swapping. I would suggest you giv=
e it a try anyway. I would think the worst that could happen is "not enough=
 disc space to perform this operation". (No guarantees or warranties from m=
y side though.)
