Upgrading from V9 to V 11 problems.

Hello all in the Tbudl,

It has been a long time since I penned anything here. I have just upgraded from V9.x to V11.4.2.1 and now I am regretting it with the number of things that have changed and not for the good.

1       How do I view plain text emails in a fixed font. I tried Options | Preferences | View Layout and that changes everything.

2       When I reply to someone it looses all the formatting of the original email. How do I keep the original formatting

3       How do you stop external iframes from loading in an email.

I will just start with  these three.
