Runtime error 231 and TB won't run. Is there a solution?

I started to get this "Runtime error 231" with TB 64_11-4-0-7 after a Windows
11 crash and reboot. The error message shows up after I input my master
password, I can't run TB anymore. 

I tried both the "Repair" mode of the installer, then I tried to upgrade to
64_12-0-3. Nothing changes.

I'm lost here. Any help is desperately appreciated.
