Amavis 2.12.0 was released eight months ago, so updating should be the
first step. If the unrar problem still exists with the current Amavis
version, I suggest you file a GitLab issue[1]. That does not mean it
will be fixed soon, but at least the problem would be documented and
visible.

As a short-term solution, have you considered writing a wrapper script
for the latest unrar that reformats the output in a form Amavis 2.12.0
can process?
