bypass clamav scan if it is down

Hello,

in the last weeks I encountered serveral times, Clamav was shutdowned 
due to failures.
Can I configure amavis, if Clamav is down, and the port 3310 is not 
reachable to skip scanning, and let the email go through?
If Clamav is down, in all mails I got the message "UNCKECKED". I don't 
want this behaviour.
