lowercase "subject:" with sa_spam_subject_tag

Hello,

I noticed that Subject: is mapped to subject:  (lowercase) when I define
$sa_spam_subject_tag

further recheck with SA thus hits __HDRS_LCASE and MALFORMED_FREEMAIL

I wasn't able to find out where the problem lies - anyone has an idea?
