sorry, it wasn't clear with my post, the line "warnbadhsender   => 1," is
under $policy_bank{'ORIGINATING'} section -

so I guess I would need

warnbadhsender   => 0,

after "# SOME OTHER VARIABLES WORTH CONSIDERING"
