Have you rebuilt all perl modules and amavis as well?

Last time similar thing happened to me, one of amavis' config files in 
/etc/amavisd/ was not readable for amavis user.

But this is apparently not your case.

SIGBUS indicates the need to rebuild everything that uses perl.
