I'll definitely take a look at any issues but I'm not seeing any at the moment. The guide/how-to is basically finished for the latest version of Maia (1.0.4) as well as the latest Postfix and Dovecot2+Pigeonhole. So, please feel free to follow the guide/how-to as it is now. Of course, any issues you run into will be helpful if reported (Thanks for your reports, Bob!).
