You're defeating the value of maia by not setting to a more appropriate cutoff score.  ‎With some tlc and proper tuning there is little reason why maia shouldn't be 99.9% accurate for you which all but eliminates the need for you to check the web interface "all the time" and would also eliminate all this other stuff you do with email/spam processing. Each to their own, but I think your approach is outside the scope of what maia was designed to do for you.

Maia, if I understand it correctly, doesn't run mail that is above the
threshold for quarantine. I don't like checking the maia web page all
the time, so I only send high scores for quarantine. The rest pass to
me. That lets me set a much lower (2.7) threshold for mail. The result
is that my Junk folder collects the stuff that has some chance of being
valid mail. I've been doing this for years and it works.
