Maia - Integrate Maia with Windows 2012 AD server for authentication

Dear users:
I want to integrate Maia with Windows 2012 AD server for
authentication.
First of all. I use ldapsearch to test query, the test is successful,
then
I update the /var/www/html/maia/config.php to change $auth_method =
"internal"
to $auth_method = "ldap", at last when I try to login Maia, I CAN NOT
login,
and no error in the logs, but it seemed that the authentication got
problem.
May I know whether there is any reference doc for this and how can I
assign
the AD accounts to manage Maia with user_level ‘S’ privilege?
