There are.  They have CentOS-based install scripts so if you have an
existing CentOS machine you can install EFA on top of it.

I was planning to spin up a VM to try it (I don't like using appliances,
I'd rather build on top of my own OS -- so that's what I plan to do).

I've been happily running Maia for a long time (like 10 years) but it's
getting a little long in the tooth.  I have not been able to upgrade my
mail server because of Maia.  :(

Then again, I have to ensure that EFA can implement all of the SMTP
protections I have in place currently (which I think it can, since it's
based on Postfix).  However I don't know if it has the same quarantine
that Maia does?  So in my copious amounts of free time, I plan to look.
