digest email question

This may have been asked before and/or a while ago, but I cannot seem to find the answer... I am looking at the: send-quarantine-reminders.pl script and wondering if there is a straightforward way to have it only include suspected-spam messages below a score of 10 perhaps? Currently I have a new batch of users being serviced by maia and they came from system that apparently showed them much fewer emails in the digests. 99.999% of the emails above a 10 on the digest email are making the church folks blush.
