Re: Alpha release of Maia Mailguard 1.0.5

Added installers for Centos 9, 10 and Fedora 42.

The first tier platform is Debian 13, which is getting the most testing.

Other distros differ in the details, and due diligence is required, to
ensure that e.g. the actual path/filename of the clamd socket matches lines
394-395 in maiad.conf

AFAIK, the BSDs should be able to use the php code, with some manual setup
of the supporting tools.

Bug reports are welcome.
