These are likely part of the SpamAssassin dependencies that need to be 
selected at build time. Try doing a:

# make -C /usr/ports/mail/spamassassin config

Make sure MYSQL, DKIM, RAZOR, RELAY_COUNTRY, and SPF_QUERY are selected 
and then rebuild and re-install SpamAssassin*. *
