As it turns out, someone on github has done this work already, so I'm going
to have the installer pull in his mimeDecode repo and patch up the
existing  mimeDecode.php

Testing the latest now, if it works I'll release the beta.

Janky, hopefully you can work this fix into the FBSD port.
