This looks like maybe something got confused.
What does "pkg info | grep scypt" show?
Does the "/usr/local/lib/php/20230831-zts/scrypt.so" file exist?
What happens if you run a "pkg delete -f php83-pecl-scrypt" and then try
to continue the Maia build?
