Thank you for both replies.

1. Notify Senders is yes.

2. Changing the order does not make any
difference.

3. I have noticed that the only way to
achieve this is by setting "Silent Viruses" to Null. But
Obviously this cannot be done. However author states that 'Silent
Viruses' can also be a ruleset (the ruleset in my
first post is about this). But it does not work. So I wonder
if indeed a ruleset can be applied and what is its syntax.
