First of all, if you run `sudo MailScanner --lint` it will report any
syntax errors in rulesets.

Also, as I read the code in `sub Store1Rule` in
`/usr/share/MailScanner/perl/MailScanner/Config.pm, a syntax error just
causes that one line to be ignored.
