Really thanks to the reply, I find this really weird, because I don't find nothing in the web about these problem. So I find the solution. I was using like a pre build hosting software. But, this specific software has wrongs configurations and missing things. To solve the problem I just need to install the 7zip, my server doesn't has this software installed by default, neither in my hosting docs. Now all is working fine! Thanks for the help!
