.Htm .html attachments

Hi list

I see an increasing number of mails with an .htm or .html attachment. When 
I added these to my filename.rules.conf it blocked many many legitimate 
emails without attachment. Is there any way I can allow legitimate mail 
but preferably delete or at least perhaps rename .htm or .html attachments 
to .txt or something?

In my use cases there is no legitimate reason to send HTML files as 
an attachment
