Where to get vmailmgr 0.97

Does anyone know how I can get vmailmgr 0.97? I tried the svn server at 
bruce-guenter.dyndns.org but its down.

I'm having trouble with 0.96.9 on RHEL 4. I got it to compile, but I'm getting 
warnings in all the commands, like the ones below and the user lookups fail...

If someone could send me a copy of vmailmgr 0.97 or knows how to fix the errors 
above, I'd appreciate it.
