vchkpw-smtp: password fail

I'm migrating of one qmail to another qmail, I'm following qmailrocks on freebsd First, I found this problem. [root@mail1 /]# tail -f /var/log/maillog May 30 00:00:00 mail1 newsyslog[3468]: logfile turned over This appeared sudenlly, I have solved this by editing the /etc/newsyslog.conf and I changed this line: /var/log/maillog 640 7 * @T00 JC to this line /var/log/maillog 640 7 * @T00 JB and restarted the service with /etc/rc.d/newsyslog restart . So, the log stayed running. Is there a better solution? After that, my maillog is very weird, because I can getting email using POP and I can sending email, but the log is showing this: May 30 13:09:05 mail1 vpopmail[6788]: vchkpw-smtp: password fail (pass: '< [email protected]>') [email protected]:192.168.5.233 May 30 13:46:14 mail1 vpopmail[7007]: vchkpw-smtp: password fail (pass: '< [email protected]>') [email protected]:192.168.5.233 how the password is failing if I can send emails?????? does anyone can help me? -- Airton Arantes Coelho Filho !DSPAM:4c02993f32711562514792!
