[SPAM] Qmail TAP not working

DearTeam,

 

I had set a qmail tap with below setting but it is not working properly.
Please tell me where I'm doing wrong. Content of my tap file is below:

 

[email protected]:[email protected]

[email protected]:[email protected]

 

Now problem is all mail sent to [email protected] is getting tapped to
[email protected] except mail sent from [email protected] to [email protected].
