[SPAM] vadduser does not check valias table nor .qmail file

hi all,

if i've a .qmail-user file
or a row in valias table with this user
qmailadmin does not permit to create a pop account for this user
but vadduser does (and therefore vqadmin)

vadduser, vdeluser don't delete the row in valias table

troubles are
create user and delete it with forward
if i create it again, forward will be in use

create user create forward
if i stop relaying for it, forward will be in use

create usercreate forwardand delete user with or without forward
forward will be in use

sounds like a bug or it's a misunderstood feature ?
