[VqAdmin] Problem to compile

Hello,
I'm trying to use VqAdmin for my Debian Woody Server, i have downloaded the
latest version of vqadmin, the 2.6, and i'm getting this problem during the
installation process :

/vqadmin-2.3.6# ./configure --enable-cgibindir=/var/www/cgi-bin

Can someone try to help me to deal with  please ?
