New install with apache 2

I just downloaded vqadmin to add some features to my vpop setup.
Upon reading the INSTALL, I come across <Directory
"/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/vqadmin"> for the httpd.conf configuration.

Can I change this and/or other locations to reflect my apache 2.0
installation?
If I can, do I need to make other changes in vqadmin?
Where would those small changes be?
