yes. unfortunately vqadmin does still not support vpopmails vlimit 
feature. but there exists a patch against vqadmin v2.3.6 that adds that. 
you can download it here:

it works great for me (vpopmail v5.4.3) without any problems.

it seems to me that the development of vqadmin has been stopped and 
those patch will never been integrated. it´s a pitty as i know no other 
solution to add new domains etc. and qmailadmin does not support this yet.
