error in change parameters

Hello, I have installed the vqadmin 2.3.6 and I can see my Domains, but I can not do anything. Example I change a setting, then I receive the message 'Create Domain: open .qmailadmin-limits failed' What can I do?? Andreas Koch GK SOFTWARE AG
