Many dirs problem.

I got over 100 domains in vpopmail, so new domains are stored in 
/home/vpopmail/0/ directory, when im adding new domains with vaddomain 
there is no problem but when im using vqadmin I can`t do that I also 
can`t make any changes. Is there any easy solution to resolve this bug?
