invalid language file

Hi,
Just installed vqadmin to my debian box following the instructions in
www.qmailrocks.org.
When i go to the admin file page:
mydomain/cgi-bin/vqadmin/vqadmin.cgi
i get a blue page with 'invlid language file' at the top and two links
to the vpopmail and vqadmin at inter7
N e 1 know what I'm doing wrong please?
