qmail install script 1.3.9

Hi,

i've released a new version of my qmail installation script :

* Added djbdns caching dns server

* Added courier-authlib software
* Added values.suse93 and values.ubuntu-hoary files
* Succesfully tested on SUSE 9.3, Debian sarge and Ubuntu 5.04 Hoary. 
All on XenU OS :)
