Problem after installation

I haev just installed vqadmin on my mailserver.

I'm running apache 1.3.33 under linux.

 

I have succesfully logged in to the server via the auth-interface and a
username/pass that I chose in my users file.

I have modified my vqadmin.acl ro reflect that account, and hence I get to
the mainpage of vqadmin.

However, I cannot execure anything. If I try to list users, it just returns
me to the same screen again. 

If I try to look at info for a specifik mailuser, it says "user not found".

 

Is this a permissions problem?

Apache is run as user "www" and vpopmail under user vpopmail with uid/gid 89
