qmailmrtg7-3.4 modify target

Dear Sir, 

We want to install qmailmrtg7-3.4 for our qmail+vpopmail server. We have 
MRTG already running on a different machine. 

I installed the qmailmrtg7-3.4 on MRTG machine & copied qmail.mrtg.cfg & 
index.html files to html directory for web based access. 

Pl suggest how do i modify the 'Target' field of each entry in .cfg file so 
that it takes the data required for msg, queue-size, concurrency, 
messstatus, bytes, smtp, smtpad, pop3, pop3ad from qmail+vpopmail installed 
machine.

Target[msg]: `/usr/local/bin/qmailmrtg7 m /var/log/qmail`

i.e. how do i access qmail related dirs lying on some other machine.
