VMailmgr to Vpopmail

I am currently using VMailMgr for my virtual domains and am switching
over to VPOPMail. When I have built new servers with VMailMgr and I
transferred over all the accounts to the new box I would simply copy the
/etc/passwd and the /home/dom/<domain> file and folder over to the new
server and everyones email and passwords and accounts would work
automagically when the system came back online.

My question is, is there an easy way to migrate from VMailMgr to
VPOPMail using a similiar method?
