Process for rss-folder hangs

Hi all,

I have a hook that plugs off Wanderlust when I suspend my system. After resume
and when the network is up again I have another hook that plugs on Wanderlust
again. This works usually fine. But for an rss-folder with HTTP which gets
redirected to HTTPS a network connection process sticks around and blocks Emacs
after the resume. If I manually delete the process before plugging on everything
works as expected. Also when I use HTTPS in the first place.
