Thank you Kazuhiro, this works, I can send email and Fcc: header works
perfectly!

Will this patch be applied to upstream smtp.el?

Also does it make sense for me still to submit a wrapper to smtpmail-send-it?
The facility that I'm missing now from it, is reading passwords from
.authinfo.gpg.
