Move mail and mark as read

Hi Folks,

relativly often I move a mail from my inbox to a folder (fe spam) and especialy
if I did not open it, I need to go the the folder and mark all mails as read.

Would someone please be so kind with and and provide me a command to move the
mail (Key: o) and also mark it as read in the destination folder. This should
also work with m-o.
