You can disable automatic verification by setting
mime-pgp-verify-when-preview to nil.

(setq mime-pgp-verify-when-previewto nil)

If you want to keep automatic verification enabled, probably you need
to configure gpg.  Wanderlust (SEMI-EPG) doesn't touch the behavior of
gpg and related programs.
