This is strange.

A workaround would be to add an access group:

  m A

The access group name would be %, I believe, since you use variables to specify
hostnames & ports. If you enter that access group you should then see all the
folders and you can copy it `m c` and then paste it `m y` outside the access
group. When you save your ~/.folders file you should then have the right entry
if all works well.

You can also try another email client and see if that works.

Further information:

Are all the other folder names preceeded by `.`? I believe this is standard in
certain maildir setups, but the actual folder name presented to the IMAP client
is usually transformed by removing the “.”.

INBOX is special (I believe) in some IMAP servers using maildir, because it is
in the root maildir and the other maildirs are directories off the root. If you
can access non-INBOX directories properly that might give you some insight into
what the issue is.
