Re: writing to process: bad file descriptor, IMAP

Correction: it seems the email and the attachments are sent, but Wanderlust
does not exit the editor buffer and there is no indication that anything was
done (e.g., there is no copy in the sent folder).  There is nothing useful
in the Messages buffer (not even the error message).
