Doesn't Gnus use EasyPG as well? In Gnus the popup only > appears when you select/click the S/MIME Signed Part in the message > buffer. I guess Wanderlust should do the same. SEMI-EPG automatically verifies signed message by default. If you want to suppress it, set mime-pgp-verify-when-preview variable to nil. If you want automatic verification without pop-up, you may need configure EasyPG or gpg-agent. But I don't know details. -- Kazuhiro Ito
