You can use "access group" to get all available folders on the server.
For example, write the below line in your ~/.folders.  Please beware
trailing '/' and you need another line to set nickname for access group.

%:user/[email protected]:993!/
# If you want to set nickname, add below line.
=	%:user/[email protected]:993!	"Gmail"
