I tried to install it but it doesn't seem to work (Ubuntu 17.10)

|$ inc
|The program 'inc' can be found in the following packages:
| * mailutils-mh
| * mmh
| * nmh
|Try: sudo apt install <selected package>

Have tried all three of those packages and just keep getting this
msg. There is no "inc" binary. Am I missing anything?
