Per Account IMAP %Trash folders

Okies, fer reals now: In an ideal world I would prefer to have per
account based %trash folders that I can simultaneously dispose of via
"E".  Yeah, mon, I be knowing about dispose-folder-alist.  Sorta could
work if'n it did not hork up message counts.  Err, maybe I need to
find another new knob somewheres, eh?

Anywhooo.  I am not an elisper so limited at rolling my own in emacs.
But it seems like I should not have to - that such capabilities would
be expected from your MUA, no?  Am I missing some things?  Probably
but still... whuddya think, eh?
