Hi again,

I remember things now, unfortunately. When I read the whole manual at
the beginning, I decided these sections were of no interest to me.

I realise mail setups vary a lot, and using server facilities is much
better in some situations etc etc, but it has to be quite common to
just have a bunch of (more or less) text files on the disk, one per
message. In that situation the obvious thing to do would be grep into
some new buffer ("folder"?) with one keystroke (plus search string)
from inside the program.

I'm struggling to come up with a situation where you know in advance
what you want to search for so that you can put it in the config
file. It sounds like something very technical having to do with mail
forwarding or something like that.

So what is the menu command "Tools"/"Search Files (grep)" supposed to
do, as it does not grep the messages?

Or am I just missing some configuration somewhere?
